I highly recommend LaCassa Plumbing. This is the 2nd time they've been to our home recently. Carmen & Nick came out to replace two toilets and encountered a broken Toilet Flange. They explained my options and upon my request replaced the broken flange which added quite a bit of time onto the job; I think Nick was here until 8pm but they completed the work. These guys are very knowledgeable, polite and have a great attitude.

I now bring both of my boys for haircuts with Izzy (Isabella) and they look forward to it! I love how she treats them like whole people and respects their style and requests.
And a side note about the owner, Lia. She is legit a ray of sunshine! She is nearly always present in the space. She clearly takes pride in her salon, she celebrates and respects her staff, and she cares about how she and her team show up in the community. Her business is one of the shops on Cass Avenue that I have been telling the neighborhood kids is a safe place to go into if they ever do not feel safe. Lia and her staff treat every visitor like an honored guest, and they are always looking out for our roving bands of misfit kiddos.
I am so grateful for what they have done to upgrade the look and feel of downtown Westmont. This is a business you should not only visit because they do top tier work, but because they are the kind of business that deserves to succeed because of who they are.

tina was very nice and extremely kind. the only issue is the communication barrier. before they started my services i asked if they accepted apple pay and the gentleman said yes and sat me down and started my pedicure. after he was done, something told me to ask again however i asked tina who said only cash or zelle which put me in a bind as i was planning on using my credit card. i told her i would only be getting my toes done then and she insisted that i zelle her the remainder of what was owed when i had the cash which would be in a few days. i believe in karma so i will fully be sending the remainder! however, i had asked for french tips on my manicure with a pink base and she did a clear top coat. by the time i noticed it was already too late and i felt so bad for even saying something. so now my nails look extremely odd and almost raggedy with my natural nail on french tips. other than the miscommunications i would still recommend this salon to anyone just be clear about what you’re asking/requesting.

Pedicures are refreshing too.. they have a whole list of packages to choose from based on your relaxation , some include hot stone massage and parrafin wax.
I’ve been going here since last year, and Tammy, Amy, and everyone there is always so friendly. They do an amazing job and never disappoint every time I go. My daughter and my mom go there as well, and we’ve all had such great experiences. I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage the therapist did an excellent job. The only drawback was that the rooms should be in a more quieter area where you don’t have to hear anything or anyone while trying to enjoy the massage. I would still recommend though because the massage was very effective and pleasant.

We had such a wonderful experience at Dolce Vita Day Spa in Westmont! I booked a small bridal shower for my cousin, and I can't thank Justyna enough for making everything come together. It was a last-minute reservation, so I was a little worried, but she was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made the entire planning process stress-free.
The spa itself was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful from the moment we walked in, and our group felt welcomed and well taken care of. Everything was organized, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
The massages were absolutely amazing! My massage therapist, Laima, was fantastic. I usually avoid massages because I'm extremely ticklish, but she had such great technique that I never once felt uncomfortable. Instead, I was able to completely relax and actually enjoy the experience, which honestly surprised me! She was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to adjust the pressure to make it both relaxing and therapeutic.

This is the second time this year we have had them out. And once again they did a fabulous job! Earlier this year we had our water heater replaced and we were very impressed with their level of professionalism and the high quality of work they did. It's nice to see a company that hires professionals that make sure the job is done perfectly before they leave! Today's repair was a clogged bathtub - and it was fixed in no time and done right! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! And they left our home as clean as when they arrived. It's rare to find a company that cleans up after themselves as well as Arco does.

I had my sump pump replaced same day service. I had silicone around my sump pump basin cover because of the radon system I had put into my home. Tom did a nice job with the sump pump replacement and re-applied silicone around the base of the basin cover to seal it.
Will use them again.

Steve was on time, polite, explained everthing. He checked everthing out. Updated the firmware and replaced a sensor and everything is running perfectly. Will have them out for routine maintenence.

AVS did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning my furniture and carpet! I called in a panic as I had a huge stain on my white chair. This came out hit my stain out as well as other stains on my couch and made my furniture look like new!
After the cleaning I was walked through all the work done and so impressed! Definitely will be using them again in the future!

The entire IRC Chiropractic experience to correct my back injury has been fantastic. Three weeks ago, I could barely walk into the office, my back had me in so much pain. I had had a procedure done with an anesthesiologist, but the pain didn’t decrease-in fact it got worse. After one treatment with Dr. Lawson, I was able to walk and even grocery shop again. Over the past three weeks, I feel like I have my life back again. My mental health has improved because I can actually move without being in constant pain. I would give Dr. Lawson and her staff 10 stars!

Dr. Skokos has done a great job improving all of my health complaints. I had severe pain in my neck and back. The pain in my neck is resolved and my back pain rarely acts up. I cannot thank her enough. I feel like a new person. No surgery or drugs needed.
Dr Cates and Dr Dunne are both competent, professional and compassionate. I have been treated by both and each of these Drs. were invested in my pain free recovery. All their other staff were also great. They took me in during the day I called with severe pain. They took X-rays to help diagnose whether the problem was bone related or not, and they started procedures which began working from the start. I highly recommend these chiropractors and their practice.
I have been coming to Dr. Darrell (as well as my wife) for over 15 years, usually for emergency situations of progressive back issues. Most recently, Dr D has been instrumental in overcoming severe neck and back issues through decompression treatments and physical therapy that have alleviated all of my pain and mobility issues with returning to active sports and avoiding shots/ potential surgery. Doc, Amanda, Jackson and team are amazing and would recommend anyone to try decompression and physical therapy with this great team!
Dr. Allen is an outstanding gait expert who truly understands how the body works and strives to determine root causes of pain and common ailments. His testing uncovers weaknesses in the body caused by poor habits (posture, improper gait and inactivity). I have been to many different podiatrists for plantar fascitis who consistently recommend expensive orthotics with minimal focus on the real issue. Dr. Allen shows true integrity by providing therapeutic answers to body mechanics that create the inflamation resulting in pain. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for long-term solutions.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. McKay. He helped reduce my rotator cuff pain, and now we’re working on core strengthening exercises to prevent future problems. Dr. Darrell helped me tremendously with my lower back and neck pain from work overuse. After, only one of his treatments I felt relief. It is a huge bonus that Dr. Darrell has a massage therapy background. He helps to relax my muscles right before adjustments.

I have been here with 2 cats, my sister/brother in law’s very old and very sick cat who they treated extremely well. I saw this first hand when I was cat sitting and he needed to take the cat in. They helped him (and his “brother”) live a long comfortable life even after they got ill - and my SIL said they were gentle and wonderful when it was time to put them down.
When I moved to the Downers Grove area I switched my vet care for my cat to Abbeywood. My cat has some serious chronic conditions and developed a new one more recently. Both Drs. Ubatuba and Johnston were fine with my not wanting to spend a lot of time and money to intensively treat the intestinal cancer we suspected. Instead, he gets care to prevent bladder stones, medicine for his thyroid, and added a steroid for his suspected intestinal cancer - reduced the inflammation, increased his comfort and has given him another happy year so far (they did not force me into expensive tests, surgery or chemo since he’s an old cat). They would have done the tests if I had wanted to know definitively what was causing my cat’s misery - and treated if we wanted to do that.
Abbeywood’s team is really attuned to what you need and as far as I can tell, technically great (getting blood and urine samples from my cat has never been easy).

Our pup, Burnham (famed armpit smelling dog) passed away, suddenly late Christmas Day 2023 at 12 1/2 years old. He had Dr. Muehrke when he was a pup for few years and then Dr. Vidt. Later, he had his last 5+years with Dr. McCallian. All doctors are incredible, but Dr. McCallian was outstanding. Our new pup, Cooper (rescued from Kentucky with twelve siblings) we had planned to see Dr. McCallian but he was on maternity leave with his wife, so we saw Dr. Kayson--another fabulous experience. He was great with Cooper and made him feel very comfortable. He explained all questions we had plus provided us with a plethora of information (haven't had a pup in 12 1/2 years) --which was very helpful, thus far. We have never had a bad experience with anyone--including the front desk and techs. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks for continuing excellent care for our pups over almost 14 years. You are all much appreciated always.

My first experience with Bagi for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I was completely unaware of the amount of knots and tightness in my body. The massage had its painful parts but the warmth and release felt with the therapy is worth it. I did go home with some soreness this being my first visit, but it was well indicated. Staying hydrated pre and post service is important. I recommend Bagi and Pacific Clinical Massage for their utmost professionalism and kind service.

All of the staff from Dr Smith, PA Sondra, to the nurses at the center were exceptional. Dr Smith spent the time explaining the procedure (knee replacement) clearly and knowledgeably with plenty of time for questions. The PA Sondra did an amazing job getting me prepared and discussing aftercare. The anesthesiologist was also good explaining what he was doing and why. The receiving nurse Heather was very thorough, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the procedure. The next nurse Kana or Cana helped a lot in going over what would happen to put me at ease. The PT person Erika was even more than exemplary. Her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to work with me to get up walking was off the charts. One of the best PT people I’ve ever worked with. The entire Duly experience was the best outpatient surgery I’ve ever had- light years away from my last knee replacement. Truly outstanding.
