Reviews
I had Trupower service my Generac generator with the standard yearly maintenance, and the technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He left the system cleaned and ready for operation. He didn't try to upsell me on anything at all, even confirming that my battery is strong and does not need replacement, leading me to believe they are an honest company. From scheduling the appointment through service and payment it was all a pleasant experience. I didn't get too many quotes to know for sure where pricing lands, but their price was in line with others and my expectations. I will definitely be using them for my future Generac needs.
Steve spent 15 minutes explainng to me all the work he did and why. His knowledge on my system was expert level and did an fantastic job on getting the ignroed non functioning generator that came with my house working again. Other companies said I needed a brand new one. He got it repaired and running for a fraction of that cost and was transparant and honest - a rare thing. The company communication was excellent. Highly recommend Trupower!
