Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. “We used 3JM for our new roof and our new siding. The siding looks incredible and was executed really nicely.But, the real value was with Danny and his persistence with our insurance company. After a large hail storm, it was clear we had significant damage to the roof, but State Farm was doing what insurance companies do - trying to avoid covering the cost of a new roof. Danny jumped through all the hoops necessary, even requesting a 2nd evaluation and challenging State Farm on the necessity of replacing our skylights, which had hail and seal damage.Danny's expertise got our insurance company to cover the cost of our new roof. Quality of the work is as good as it gets and the service was incredible - wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any exterior work.“

“Jerry Dilworth came for an estimate. He was thorough and kind. He gave us a price on a new door. He also told us many, many things about our existing sliding doors that we didn't know. He actually was so fair and professional that he told us we could do things to repair our existing doors (we have to contact the manufacturer for that... Dilworth doesn't do that work) and that that would be a better route than purchasing new doors. He is a man of unusual integrity, and if we ever actually do need a new door, he's going to be the first one we call.“
