I lost 20 pounds. I haven’t been this weight in five years. My strength trainer commented how much stronger I have become on this program. Thank you to Dr. Sarah, I feel 15 years younger!! I continue to recommend this program to others.

I went to Active Health for Ideal Protein. I lost 20lbs in about 6 weeks. With the program I stop in every week to do a weigh in and have kept the weight off. I have had several family members also do the program through Active Health and we have all had great results. Sarah and Dave are amazing. I have also gone to them for a back adjustment. In the last 6 months from the weight I lost and Chiropractic adjustments I feel amazing.

I can’t say enough about this amazing place and the Ideal Protein program. I’ve been on the program since April and Dr. Sarah has been so amazing! Helpful, supportive and extremely knowable. Not only did I lose weight but I was on the cusp of having to go on meds for high cholesterol and hypothyroidism! Since being on this program all of my bloodwork is back to normal. I feel better, sleep better, eat better. I’ve also learned to eat healthy and cook for myself and it’s been the best journey possible. I can’t say enough about Active Health Chiropractic!
