All of the staff from Dr Smith, PA Sondra, to the nurses at the center were exceptional. Dr Smith spent the time explaining the procedure (knee replacement) clearly and knowledgeably with plenty of time for questions. The PA Sondra did an amazing job getting me prepared and discussing aftercare. The anesthesiologist was also good explaining what he was doing and why. The receiving nurse Heather was very thorough, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the procedure. The next nurse Kana or Cana helped a lot in going over what would happen to put me at ease. Had Full Knee Replacement today. This is 4th of 4 surgeries I've had here. I give 10Stars for everything here.
1. Seamless process from beginning to end.
2. Care, compassionate, kindness, patient, understanding, knowledgable, friendly and professional.
3. Every professional brings their best self to their part of the process.
4. I wanted to extend my stay with them after every surgery.

The staff were all friendly and informative. Moved through my first visit in a very timely fashion. Dr Smith was very knowledgeable and spent time with me to explain all findings. Very impressed with my entire experience
