Ideal for adults who work and may need to interrupt and return later to complete.
One star off because not all students get to work with both instructors due to morning and evening classes.For prospectives who seek strictness and discipline this is a course that might not align with such expectations.Neurodivergent students are welcomed here as well as busy parents. She gets all the muscles in spasm to calm down and relax. I have been in car accidents and have a genetic back disorder, her magical hands can keep me walking and feeling good.
