I have been using them for a few years to service my generators. Pre paid for them to come out. They tell me one of my generators has a bad oil pump and we need a new one. Crazy part is they never even called me back to schedule a service or even price out a new generator. So I called another company to come out and look at the generator, guess what, it was a oil sensor that needed replacing, the tech never did an oil pressure test, just saw a code that it was getting no oil. Thank god they never called me back for a new generator that I did not need. Now I keep getting emails that I owe 125 bucks, rest assured they wont get a call from me either.”
