One customer shared their experience with a sick kitten, expressing gratitude to Dr. Ubatuba for identifying the necessary specialized testing and getting the kitten back on track to good health.
I have found my go to vet for my 3 cats. The staff here are so kind and knowledgeable! We have gotten great vet care before, but nothing like this. If you have a cat and are looking for a wonderful vet, this would be the place! Plus the pricing is very manageable as well! 10 out of 10!
Dr Johnston is great! I’ve been bringing my boys here since I got them a few years ago and could not be happier with the care they receive. Dr Johnston does a great job of reacting to concerns seriously without unnecessarily escalating and is thoughtful about giving clear explanations and guidance on what’s to come. I trust that my boys are going to get great care from the team but never more than is needed to keep them happy and healthy. What drew me in is that they exclusively see cats. What makes me stay is the high quality care my boys get here.
I went to another local vet who quoted me $1800 for removing my cat's teeth. Scheduled my appt for the next week.
I went to Abbeywood for a second opinion (bc removing all of a 7 month old's teeth seemed extreme) and they recommended a cleaning and potential removal of a couple teeth for less than half. When we showed up they decided his teeth had considerably improved and he didn't even need a cleaning anymore! Saved us $1800 and all his teeth!
Plus they were treating his sister for an infection at the same time and didn't charge us for two of her subsequent check ups.
Very pleased with our experience! We will be loyal patients!
