A Chicago wedding gave me the opportunity to finally get my hair cut and blown out. I had the first appointment of the day (9am) with Frankie. Frankie is a great conversationalist and stylist! She listened carefully to what I was looking for and managed to build on the vision. In addition to cutting 3 inches off, she added some layers while keeping it low maintenance. To finish it off, she even put some temporary black spray to cover up my greys. It has pretty good staying power; I only noticed minimal rub off on my pillow. Brought my aunt here for a perm with Peggy based on the reviews. She was very kind and really listened. Gave my aunt the best perm ever, which is awesome because I live in fear of the word "perm" but at a certain age you really need it. She then styled it up. Just totally beautiful!
