Perseverance Pilates and Personal Training
“If you’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented instructor who genuinely cares about your growth and well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly.
As someone who was brand new to pilates, Kelly has been able to provide a deep knowledge of Pilates, attention to form, and ability to tailor each session to my individual needs since the beginning. She has truly helped me build strength, improve posture, and develop a greater awareness of my body.
Her deep knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and injury-safe modifications has been essential in helping me build strength while avoiding aggravation or strain.
Every session is thoughtfully tailored to my body’s needs, with a strong focus on alignment, core support, and controlled movement. She consistently monitors form and provides gentle, precise corrections that make all the difference.”
