Greg cheered me on and pushed me to work harder every step of the way. After 2+ months my clothes fit better and I am much more in tune with by body. This experience has been everything I hoped for!!

I started going to The Perfect Workout on a recommendation from a coworker. I absolutely love the program. The trainers are very knowledgeable and push you to do your best. I originally started with Kevin in Glen Ellyn who was amazing. Now I go to the Naperville location and absolutely love Greg. He is very supportive. I'm so glad I started at The Perfect Workout and plan on continuing as long as I can.
