If you have to do therapy or anything like that, this is the place to go. It's not your regular health club where there's a bunch of kids. It's definitely for people with a lot of therapy plus health club experience, and people that want to get fit and healthy. Very clean, the help is very good.Looks beautiful inside and outside the locker rooms are beautiful. Swimming pool areas and therapy pools are great. Exercise areas are beautiful. I just started my cardiac rehab here and I will become a member I think.

In for physical therapy for some knee problems (don't get old;)...Tim did an amazingly thorough initial evaluation and provides nuanced advice and pointers. Eric is friendly and good at pointing out how best to perform excercises.Very happy with my team

I work out what my doctor will let me do I like using the pools that's about all I do and the very kind and courteous very clean facility they do very good for taking care of us
