I like this gym because it's clean environment, friendly staffs especially the manager is very thoughtful, the equipment are full range covering all I need and I got to take some of their classes in a low fee. Highly recommended.

This gym is great. Nothing but the best. I have been a Xsport member for over 10 years and going through all of the issues with personal trainers and customer service, I was looking a change. After checking this place out, I could not have been happier. Didn’t even second guess joining after talking with John and getting setup for personal sessions. I have been going for a little over 6 months and have not looked back. Compared to what I was getting from personal training at Xsport to here, is night and day. LOVE! I love the basement gym so much!!! i’ve been coming here for a little over a year and i’m really sad that my time here is coming to an end (off to college). this was a wonderful place to begin my fitness journey. I love coming to a small gym because i love to support small/ local businesses and i love the feel of a smaller gym setting. Everyone was always kind and welcoming, it is always clean, and it’s great to be able to grab an apple on my way out! not to mention there’s usually a cute dog for me to pet in between sets !!!!!!
