He was very responsive He came as soon as He could, and came back as many times as necessary until our furnace was fixed. The prices were absolutely unbeatable compared to other companies who charged and didn't fix anything. My wife said that he was very respectful and professional. He explained what he was doing the whole time and even gave us tips about something totally unrelated to the furnace. He saved us alot of money with these tips. “I had an amazing experience. I came out later Thursday night to my water heater leaking water. After multiple calls to a few "24" hour emergency places that had no openings, I was beyond frustrated. I decided it's probably best to replace vs fix and reached out on thumbtack to see my options. Duct Professionals responded so quickly! Not only that but they had a whole proposal laid out for me to review, a great price, and were available to come that next morning. I had an appt I couldn't move at 1pm that day and was concerned that it would mess with the install. They let me know they would have their workers take a lunch break and come back when I was ready. I can't express how easy, transparent, and friendly everyone I worked with was. They even got the install completed before my appt!! Talk about impressed! So happy with the service and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!“
