Kyle was our technician today from Beckman Brothers heating and cooling. He had great communication and actually called us to see if he could come a little bit earlier since his schedule opened up. We took him up on that. When he arrived he immediately introduced himself with a great handshake, brought in his tools, threw on the booties on his boots, took a look at some things on the furnace, and then made his way out to the air conditioning unit. Probably within 20 minutes or so, he had diagnosed the issue and showed me what was going on. He kept me informed along the way and was very respectful and courteous of our property as well.
