CSL Climate Control was amazing!!!! They called me and scheduled my appointment very quickly. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My AC unit was running more efficiently immediately and they also checked my heating for the winter.
I got the system maintenance on my air conditioning units. The representative kept providing updates about the time he would come to my apartment. When he arrived he asked if I had any questions, and explained so much I wasn’t aware of to maintain my units and preserving the longevity of them. He cleaned both ac units and ensured everything was working properly with no leaks. He also said that if any follow up questions or concerns arise, for me to reach out and they would be happy to help. I highly recommend CSL climate control as I will be using them again.
The CSL Tech was punctual, professional and polite. He explained everything he was going to do to both units in my rental property. He was neat and didn’t leave a mess when he was done with his job. Rebecca was also incredible with her polite and energetic attitude over the phone when doing my scheduling. She made sure someone would be available with my schedule to be at the property. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.
