“Easy to schedule appointments online. Someone got back to me right away. Ed M. my technician was at my home in about 24hrs. The service was great! He was courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. He clearly explained the issue, quickly diagnosed and fixed my tub faucet(s) and had everything resolved in less than an hour. Highly recommend him and the Cahill family business!”
“Jim the salesman was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions for converting our wood burning fireplace to a gas burning. Good communication. Brandon the main installer along with Lewis were very friendly and efficient. Once Brandon started doing the work he came up with a couple of suggestions that he thought we might like better so we changed a few things and it turned out better than we originally expected! We're very happy with the work!”
“I have nothing but good things to say:
My Water Heater decided to die and needed service.
Mr. Green was:
1. On time!
2. Very personable (even covered his shoes when walking through the house!)
3. Explained(in layman's terminology)what was going on and what how he was going to fix it.
4. Quickly done.
Bravo!
Thank you”
