Arrived on time. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable about the fridge model, the problem, explained everything including the nature of the problem, cost, etc. A positive experience. Most reasonable service fee I found at $ 60.00.
‘Twas a cold winters night, as the wind howled with outside with -10*F - when all through the house not a furnace ‘twas working not even a little.When our furnace broke at 11:00 PM, Next Generation H&C answered their phone and while they did have 24 hour assistance everyone had already been dispatched so we were able to get a first things first 8AM appointment the next day.Val came and went step by step through what could be broken starting with the simplest, and cheapest, options first and fixed everything.A class service from him - polite, clean and my dog loved him (she’s the best judge of character in the house). Valdek S and Next Gen came out quickly on the coldest day of the year and got us back up and running fast. While an unexpected expense is never fun, He was polite, explained things in plain language and did not try to upsell me. They were local in BG. I would love to see them join the chamber of commerce so I can help promote their business. I will call them again if I need their services.
