The other company told us we'd have to replace the compressor or the entire unit, and it would be at least a week before they could have the unit installed. “They didn’t install our kitchen garbage disposal properly. Paid $200 for parts and $200 for labor. Should’ve just done it by myself. Rubber sealant got loose after five months, causing huge water damage. Still waiting for a resolution.

Update: they quickly dispatched someone to our property and inspected everything after receiving my complaint. After examining the pipes and damaged parts, they immediately agreed to repair it under warranty. They also taught me how to use the device with greater care to prevent it from happening again. So overall, I think they are trustworthy folks and would recommend their service.“
