Jesse Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had two great experiences with this company so far. The first time my heat went out on the nasty cold snap at the end of last year. I called around and had no luck. I called here and I had someone at my house 4 hours later. It was a simple fix and cost me way less than I thought it would. The second time was recent, and it was the control board that went out. The technician was great at explaining what was going on and what could be causing it. I got a quote for the repair and he was able to get the part and get it fixed within the hour. My fireplace was in need of repair, and I looked around the web and found Jesse Heating and Air Conditioning. The service was impeccable and the repair work was thorough. It was a great experience and will not hesitate to do business with them again.

We've relied on Jesse since we've lived in this area and our experience last month was a reminder of how excellent their service is. On the evening when we turned on our heat for the first time this season, the boiler did not fire up. I called Jesse first thing in the morning, and they were able to send a tech (his name was Tyler if I recall correctly) who got to the house within hours. He quickly diagnosed that both the transformer and the thermocouple needed to be replaced.
