Bob is amazing. He was professional and courteous. He provided clear details of what he was doing. He didn’t pressure me into any sale and I feel like he was very honest and open. He didn’t try to upsell features that were not necessary for my place.Had the install today. Brandon and Colton were awesome. They did a great job. They were extremely polite and they answered all my son’s questions, which I know is not easy. Super happy I went with Castle

After a failed sump pump resulted in our basement flooded over the weekend, Castle called us right back and had someone out within about an hour. They fixed the issue promptly and stayed to make sure the new sump pump worked. Great staff who were so sympathetic to our situation!!
