Two times I have needed help, and like, right now! Both times, I heard back from Jeff (owner). I was amazed. He made sure he had someone out each time, both in their busiest time! His techs are just great. Soon I will need a new system (hvac), and because the service is so good, I will look to Castle, because they have never given me a reason not to trust them.
Wyatt did an awesome job! Always a great experience with Castle!
Mistakenly called on a Saturday (thought it was Friday) about a minor fix that was needed from the prior weeks install of 3 outdoor spigots. Could have waited until Monday but he came right out and fixed it no charge.
