“I’ve trained their 17 times and I’ve dropped 10 pounds. It’s like having a personal trainer but with a more fun environment because of the energy of all the other people there. Everything is set up for you and ready to go. 45 minutes flies by. I love how there are screens all over the room that show you exactly how to do the movement along with the coaches who are also there to assist you. I’ve had 19 joint surgeries, but the coaches always helped me with modifications, but they don’t baby me because I don’t want to be babied or I wouldn’t be there.”
