The staff is great but maintenance is an issue. Lots of machines are out of order.I go there for personal training, I couldn't be happier! They kick my butt everytime I go in there and I feel the best I have in years!Hat tip to Terrance!
I used to love this gym but it has become absolutely infested with the douchiest high schoolers that have the worst gym etiquette. Going after 4? Be prepared for 20 groups of 5-8 teens hogging the benches and nearly every decent machine for a half hour. They have zero consideration for people who just want to get in and out, and will stand guard over equipment they wont be using a majority of the time, and just stand around talking and taking pictures of themselves in the mirror. The locker rooms around this time are even worse. There are groups of teens in front of nearly every mirror with their shirts off taking pictures of how "swole" they are with absolutely zero...read full review
I signed up at xsport in November 2023.Today is February 8, 2024 I have lost 15 pounds. Fitness trainer Jordan advised me on what to do and I stayed consistent and the weight is falling off me. Before I signed up at xsport. I would ride my bike 30 miles. Work out 3 to 4 times a week and couldn't drop the weight. I didn't have the proper knowledge. Amazing the possibility with the right information and applying it. I haven't been this size in 15 years.
