“This was my first time visiting this facility, and I was very pleased with the treatment that I received and the care of the nurse and doctor

I didn’t have an appointment I walked in and my wait was minimal maybe 20 minutes before I was called in once I got into the room the nurse went right into action and after telling her what my symptoms were, they ordered an x-ray which I was happy I could have done at the facility, which showed that I had bronchitis
I was given a nebulizer treatment which helped my Breathing and got my oxygen levels up. The doctor ordered me an inhaler and antibiotics to help treat the bronchitis Bronchitis and told me everything else that I needed to do
I would definitely recommend this facility“

“I am a nonbinary individual with complex psychiatric conditions. Everyone here respects my identity and pronouns. All the workers from front desk, to nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. Dr. Shinde listens to me and I don't feel like I'm crazy when talking about some of my severe symptoms. His knowledge on which psychiatric medications will help me is vast. I feel like I have a team here instead of having all my doctors be from different clinics. I go here for my hormones and I go here for my psychiatry. I might even transfer therapy, but I have established a great relationship with my current therapist, so I'm on the fence. It's just nice to go to the same office for everything else instead of separate clinics. It feels holistic here. The wait times can be a bit long some days, other times there is no wait at all. But I feel like that's most medical offices anyways. I love that they text and call with reminders and confirmation. The patient portal is convenient. Love this place!“

“I needed a simple TDaP shot for my university medical records. Booking an appointment online was super easy! I checked the website at 10:30AM and made an appointment for 11AM. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful. The nurse/medical assistant was professional and administered an almost pain-free shot! ? The PA that signed my paperwork was friendly and efficient. Facility was clean. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Couldn’t have expected or hoped for anything better! Thank you so much!“

“Been going to this PT location for almost 4 months to help me recover my mobility and strength I must say in the beginning, I didn’t have much faith in physical therapy, but at this point, the staff is phenomenal they work with you to understand your situation how you feel your aches and pains, and every little extra necessary to help you gain your recovery I give them five stars because they are the best highly recommend them. definite 10 ??GREAT! “I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are excellent. And it's the only nearby 24 hr pharmacy near me. I do experience long wait times sometimes in store and drive-through, but to me it's worth it. A few times the pharmacists interceded on my behalf with problems with my insurance carrier to get the scripts filled. I realize the pharmacists and techs work hard, and are mostly on their feet working their shift. I know phone lines get tied up but it's not only due to customers calling, it's insurance carriers and practioners they have contact with. For 35+ years, only had ONE rude and incompetent tech that I encountered, and looks like she is gone. The head pharmacist is a gem.“

“I was cleaning under my couch cushions when I cut my finger badly. I immediately looked up the nearest urgent care facility and headed there. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and she checked me in promptly. I was quite anxious, but she assured me that I would be seen. Within an hour, I was out of there! During my visit, I met a PA named Deanna (she introduced herself as D). I informed her that I’m not comfortable with blood or needles, and she immediately put me at ease. She explained every step of the procedure and provided me with clear instructions on aftercare. She even gave me a referral if needed. D skillfully performed the stitches and thoroughly explained the post-operative care. She made me feel so comfortable during my visit!“
