came here after a work injury, care was very prompt and VERY respectful(i was referred to with my preferred names and was asked about my pronouns, which i am not used to but am always grateful for as a trans person who frequents a lot of urgent cares as a chronically ill human). they listened to my concerns and frustrations, treated me as a person, and got me out within 1.5 hours! please remember that the nurses and receptionists that work here are people, and you will receive way better treatment when you treat your fellow human with respect and care! nurses and receptionists do NOT dictate wait times, so don’t blame them if your visit takes a little longer than...read full review

The nurse practitioner was so great. She was very friendly, professional, patient and listened well to my issues. She was extremely caring and intelligent. I felt like my care was exceptional and I was in good hands. The nurse and check in staff was great too. Such an excellent and efficent experience from start to finish.
