Went to the lab and arrived at 4:40pm, the hours online say they close at 5pm yet I was turned away. The guy gave an excuse saying the nurse needs time to spin the blood and overall handling. The lobby and wait for the lab was 0, I would have been the only one waiting. Maybe adjust your schedule online. I’m beyond unhappy with that location and the experience, it took me an hour to get there, only to be turned away. I don’t mind contacting to show proof of timing. Check your cameras I was there 3/17. You can see the man handing me a piece of paper and all of the lab locations and hours. The audacity since it wasn’t 5 and they know they were the latest. Had a foot injury, stopped by without an appointment, I was quickly attended to by the gentleman who works at the front desk, within an hour I was attended to by a nurse, had my x-ray, diagnosis and (I was done! Great service, no complaints.

After waiting over an hour to get my blood drawn I was finally called back to get labs drawn. Once I was taken back I was asked if I drank a specific fluid before getting my blood drawn. I was never informed I was supposed to take a fluid before my labs. The lady then proceeded to tell me I can take it now but I would have to wait another hour before I can get my blood drawn. A 2 hour wait just for blood to be drawn is ridiculous. I don’t think NorthShore understands that people don’t have the luxury to wait all day for the possibility of getting their labs drawn. People have jobs they need to get to. This place has become very unprofessional
