Easy check-in. Comfortable waiting area. Didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes at any point along the process. And the doctor actually gave me helpful options and recommendations for a health issue I’ve been struggling with for years, while previous doctors didn’t really say much and would just shrug it off. Great experience overall!
I always wonderful experience with everyone in the office. It’s a very nice calming environment and everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Julia SanGiovanni is amazing. She is always in a bright mood and I always feel like I can always be open and honest with her. She never makes me feel ashamed or embarrassed of my ADHD, and cares about what I have to say, even if it's not regarding my health. Little things like that make very significant differences when choosing a practice and/or physician to trust with your overall well-being.
I’ve been going to Innovative Primary Care since 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are competent, friendly, empathetic, open minded, and provide great primary care.
