Great experience during this visit. The man who noted our symptoms and took our vitals was a gem. I showed up with two young kids and he was a sweetheart to us all. Very patient and understanding with my two year old as he resisted the thermometer and nose swab. And he engaged my curious four year old daughter by showing her the instruments he used. I believe his name is Michael Duran (I pulled that from the after visit summary). Give him a raise, he’s fantastic!
I had such a good experience here. Michael at the front desk was so friendly. Joe and Eleanore were also so kind during my appointment. I was looking for a walk-in clinic/immediate care and am really happy to find this one in the Lincoln Square area.
I'm really pleased with the care and medical advice my family and I have received at this location. Staff is friendly, docs and nurses are wonderful. Family of 4 with 9 year old sons.
