The actual medical staff is great. The front desk staff is hit or miss. Hire professional, informative people, please, who when turning patients away (hours before closing) will either 1) refer them to other locations; or 2) advise them on appointment options - the first time they see a face & not the second or third.

NorthShore Immediate Care Center - Chicago at Broadway, Chicago deserves a five-star rating for their exceptional strep throat testing services. The clinic provided my son with prompt and efficient care, ensuring a quick diagnosis and appropriate treatment. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the testing process. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-quality care for strep throat or any other medical needs.

Was a little nervous coming to this office after seeing the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised (though I will note I'm able-bodied, neurotypical from what I know, and have good insurance so I didn't have any of those factors affecting my visit)I came in as soon as they opened on Saturday without an appt & my first time at this Urgent Care & they took me in pretty quickly, about half an hour after opening (there were 3 people ahead of me). The front desk, person who checked my vitals, and Dr Zupan were all quick, caring, and did an excellent job.I really respect Dr Zupan for not ruling any possibility out despite me coming in with my own diagnosis and being as thorough...read full review
