Wonderful caring staff! Made an appointment online on Northshore connect, and was also able to check in. During my appointment I received very good care, the nurse practioner was so nice and compassionate. It is also so convenient that they have xray and blood work lab right at the facility. I will be using and recommending this Northshore facility in the future.
Came in for bloodwork. It was very busy so they gave me a time to come back.They had the work done right at the time they gave me in as quick of an appointment as I could have had. Procedures seemed clear to all parties, contrary to many reviews so wanted to share a good experience.
My experience here was good. Very fast walk in service ( I did come early on Sunday intentionally). X-ray, diagnosis, all within less than 1.5 hours from walking into the door. All the staff I met there were super friendly and helpful.Gave 5 stars originally for the service above. Then got a bill from their medical equipment supplier, GRAYMONT EQUIPMENT, for a splint for the hand that costs $40-50 on amazon. They charged insurance $675, after discount still comes to be $180. RIPOFF. Northshore can do better than that. Find better partner, provide the splint themselves, have option to pay out of pocket reasonable price, etc...
