We were initially only going to make a claim for our roof but after Jesse’s initial evaluation, we found we had damage much more extensively, specifically on our gutters, siding, roof and window casings. Through Christina’s patience and dedication, they got all of our damage covered by insurance and more. It was a really great experience. Once they were done, there were a few issues with finish work and when we reached out, they sent out someone to repair it the next day. Jeremy is very responsive and helpful. Their sales pitches were sketchy and they were too anxious for us to sign a contract and post their signs in our yard before even previewing the possible damages. He meticulously explained the process of filing a claim and how RZG would work hand in hand with my insurance company to eliminate any stress or confusion on my part.
