Reached out to DRC and they got someone over pretty quick to take a look. The guy who came out was thorough and honest about the condition, told me the roof had some life left but a couple areas needed attention now. We talked through the options and I decided to have the worn sections repaired rather than do a whole replacement, which he agreed made sense for where things were at. Getting on the schedule was easy and they showed up on the day we set. The work itself did not take long and they kept me posted on what they were doing throughout. Once the job wrapped they toured me around and showed me what had been done. It has been holding up great through the rain since and I feel a lot better knowing where things stand now.
