The thing I appreciated most was when you are the one asking all the questions. Robins Roofing Contractors sent somebody who spent two hours on the roof and around the eaves before quoting, and he found one soft spot at the valley I would never have known about. What they sent over afterward had photos attached to it. No pressure to sign anything that day, and no follow up calls badgering me either.
The garage door was finished within two days and the old material was gone what the invoice said matched with the quote said I don't have to think about that roof again for a long time
roof replacement came out great! old shingles were curling and faded, now it looks clean and even from the street. Robins swapped the gutters too and they drain right during rain. the finished job is what sold me, everything sits flush and tight. no leaks since they wrapped up
