“Barrington Roof Doctors replaced the shingles on our entire roof after hail damage several years ago and really helped us deal with the homeowner’s insurance coverage and claim. Recently, a neighbor observed and then alerted us that one shingle was missing. Replacement would require a tall ladder and It took a while for a crew to be scheduled for the very minor job. A crew of four showed up so there were plenty of folks to hold the tall ladder. Barrington Roof Doctors stood behind their installation warranty. Thanks Michael!“

“Highly recommend using Fiji!! We had roof and gutter damage from recent hailstorms. We worked with Chad, he was honest, professional and very easy to work with. Chad dealt directly with our insurance company we had no stress and no problems. The crew covered all of our bushes, outdoor furniture and even our pool with tarps to keep debris out. There was a bit of a mishap with the pool, the cinder block they placed on the tarp fell into the pool and tore the liner. We contacted Chad he immediately came to the house and saw what happened, the next day he showed up with a check to pay for a new liner AND he actually went into the pool to retrieve the cinder block (water temps in the 30's). I don't know of any owner of a company that would go into a freezing pool and quickly resolve the problem. Thank you Chad!!! We will definitely recommend Fiji to friends and family.“

“After a bad storm and our ceiling leaking again, it was time to commit to getting our roof fixed or replaced. I was set on receiving multiple quotes but from the moment Susan picked up the phone I had a feeling which company we were going with, regardless of pricing. Susan in the office is fantastic - responsive, informative and so kind. I was told that Paul would give me a call to set up a time to look at it and give a quote. A couple days later (or that same day, I don’t remember lol) an employee was in the area and they asked if he could come look at our roof. He got up there, took pictures, explained that we could repair but suggested replacing. We were provided quotes for both which we appreciated, as the other companies wouldn’t even attempt repairing. We obtained funds and Susan sent over the website to choose our roof color - even dropped samples off the same day! We knew scheduling was a week or two out but got a call on 9/17 that someone had postponed, and we just had our roof done yesterday 9/18 ? Crew lead Joe was the best! Helpful when I needed to leave the home and return, kept me posted on progress throughout the day. The team was courteous and did a wonderful job. “We had a few shingles that were missing. Joshua came out the next day from when we contacted him. He also discovered the flashing around two of the vent stacks were cracked. He was able to fix the the flashing and the shingles also on same day. He quoted us a very good price and did excellent work. We highly recommend him if you need some minor work done. Other roofing companies quoted us so much money just to replace a few shingles. Well done Joshua. You took a big burden off our shoulders. He's really good.
