Scottie and Chris were a great team, worked with my insurance and got a great looking roof and new gutters. When my old gutters weren't available and the insurance company was pushing back on replacing them, Scottie kept at it. Was a great experience from start to finish.
Everyone I worked with from Olson was top notch. From the Sales/Estimator to the installation crew and even Lindsay Window Company, the manufacturer. The installation was completed in one day, they even reframed the opening for my patio door because of rot. I love the windows and even notice a difference in the energy efficiency already. Scott and Chris were both very professional. They both kept me informed from the start of the estimate through the completion of the job. They were on-site with the insurance adjuster and on install day. After the adjuster’s inspection, I discovered my roof was leaking, after a quick phone call, Chris was out to tarp the damaged areas. There were several rain delays on the installation; however, Scott and Chris worked with me to reschedule on days that worked for everyone.
