I appreciated his dedication to investigate all needed repairs and identify them to the adjuster. Rick was always available by phone or text whenever there was a question or issue. I never felt pressured or talked into anything that wasn't in our best interest. Rick explained the advantages of an upgraded roofing shingle since our roof qualified for a total replacement.
