We used Shake Guys for two large projects, one being a complete roof and gutter replacement. Great company, great customer service, great communication before, during and after the work. Lots of choices at various price points too. Highly recommended.
Our roof and gutters were damaged by the wind and hail this summer, and Shake Guys took great care of us. Our sales rep Ryan B did a excellent job explaining the project and acting as a liaison between us and our insurance company. From there, our project manager Josh F provided an accurate and concise timeline and ensured the project was done to our satisfaction. The most pleasant surprise was how neat and clean our property was after the crew completed their work, very impressive! I highly recommended Shake Guys for your next roofing project.
I have twice worked with Chad @ Shake Guys. The company came highly recommended from our realtor. Chad has been to our home two times to evaluate the condition of our cedar shake roof. The first time for our benefit and the second to help me lower my homeowner's insurance costs. I have experienced him as honest, conservative and dependable. He gives sound advice and points out the hype that would only lead to future disappointments. When I need to replace my roof, Shake Guys will by the first company I call.
