“Finding a competent company to work on my roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia (all poorly installed by previous companies) was a daunting task. After two years of looking, I found Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing. It was a positive experience from my first phone call, when Jennifer listened to my concerns and set up an appointment for an inspection, to the to the completion of the work. When Derek came out to do the inspection, I let him know I was very leery of contractors because of the previous shoddy work. He listened to all my concerns and let me know that is not how they operate. He determined what would be needed, gave me options. and provided an estimate in a timely manner. He came to the house multiple times to answer questions and help me decide on the color of shingles, the size of the gutters, etc. He also responded quickly to my emails.Derek explained I could have the work done in the winter or wait until spring. He assured me they could do quality work in the winter, and that’s what I went with. There were some slight delays in completing the work due to weather, but nothing that caused a negative impact on the quality of work. All the installers paid attention to detail, worked hard, finished in a timely manner, and did a great job. They cleaned up as they worked. Brian (site manager) checked with me several times and did a final inspection. Everyone I worked with was professional, polite, helpful, and focused on doing the job correctly – good old-fashioned qualities that aren’t found all that often nowadays. Great job at a fair price.“

We went from cedar shake to asphalt and Jorge not only answered all my questions regarding the details of the job, but even checked both attic spaces before and after the roof install to ensure everything would be ventilated properly in the attic. He responds quickly to any questions, helped us prolong our gutter life until we can tackle that project later, and sent pictures to show every angle of the work done. Pretty cool to see my new roof from a drone angle above! He was onsite for a portion of both days to make sure everything was on track. Everything wrapped up faster than expected, resulting in a new roof, gutters, and skylights.The team that Lukas brought in was fantastic.
