After shingles blew off our roof and left a hole, Harris Extrriors replaced it.
I had been working with another company with my insurance at first. Unfortunately, they were not doing what they promised. I called Joe from Harris who I had originally scheduled for an estimate but had cancelled when the first company got involved.
We have never been treated so respectfully from a company that came to do home improvements/replacements. Everything Joe told us happened just as he explained. There were no hidden costs. He worked with us to make the project affordable. He responded promptly to any messages left and followed up when he said he would. The install crew was wonderful and careful. They arrive just before the scheduled time and we’re ready to go on the dot. I watched them since we have had issues with work from others in the past. Our neighbor had just had his roof replaced as well by a different company, and there was more debris in our yard from his roof then our own. Joe came and checked the work promptly. He even picked up a few small pieces of debris that we didn’t even notice.
I HIGHLY recommend Harris Exteriors. (I did also get quotes from three additional companies. The costs were similar, but the product and communication did not compare.)
Besides Joe, I also spoke with other people in the office who were equally friendly, professional, and helpful. They will be the first company I call for future projects!
I had a 20-year-old back door replaced from the time Dave came over to show us samples he made great suggestions, help guide what we needed what would otherwise work in our space. It was a very seamless and easy process. The crew that did the install was very neat and tidy, they went the extra mile to ensure there was not dirt or debris left behind. It came out amazing and I can't wait to get my other two doors done next!
