Had DRC do a full tear off and reshingle on our two story. The new roof looks clean from the street, the lines along the ridge are straight, and the flashing around the chimney was redone properly. No leaks through the last few storms. Crew worked efficiently and were polite.
DRC did our full roof replacement back in the spring and I've been meaning to write something for a while. The old roof was about 22 years old and starting to leak around one of the vents, so we knew it was time. Got three quotes total and DRC landed in the middle on price, but the estimator actually walked the attic with me and pointed out a couple things the other two missed. That was what sold me. The tear off took a day and the install took two more. They put down tarps over the landscaping which I appreciated because my wife spent a lot of time on those flower beds. Cleanup was solid, found maybe two nails in the driveway the next week but that's about what I expected....read full review
Estimator was on time and easy to deal with. Quote was clear and the price didn't change at the end. Install crew worked fast but the result is clean, no sloppy edges or missed spots around the vents. They cleaned up well too, found exactly one nail in the driveway after they left.
