Started with a small leak above the kitchen and figured I'd get a couple opinions before committing to anything. DRC was one of three roofers in the Lake Zurich area I reached out to, and they were the only ones who actually explained what was likely causing it instead of jumping straight to a full replacement quote. Turned out to be a flashing issue, not the whole roof. They fixed it in a few hours about a week after the estimate. No leak since, even through the spring storms.:):):)
We had our roof done last summer here in Lake Zurich and the whole experience was really positive. The inspection was thorough and they didn't rush through it like some other companies we talked to, the estimator actually spent close to an hour un there checking things out. The crew that showed up was hard working and kept things organized which matters when you've got kids running around the yard all day. Our root had some underying damage we didnt know about and they called me to explain what they found before just going ahead and charging for it which I really respected. Roof replacement went smooth, crew was fast and didn't leave a mess. Price was what they quoted, no surprises. Had one small concern about a ridge cap a few weeks later and they came back and took care of it no charge. Good roofing contractors, would use again.
