Absolutely amazing space!! So welcoming and such a great energy in the place!! Lumi is an essential asset to this town and I can not say enough good things about the space and all they have to offer!!

I love this studio!!! Every class I have taken, I walk away feeling better, meeting new people, and grateful for the talented Yoga teachers that lead each class. Yoga is for every BODY. The studio is welcoming and is building a nice community of fellow yogi’s. ??‍♀️New teacher James is amazing!!!! He is a fantastic addition to the studio.Saturday’s and Sunday morning with James will be a highlight to your weekend!

I am really excited to have Lumi in Mount Prospect! I have attended over 25 classes with 9 different instructors so far and I love it. No two classes are the same, the people (instructors and students) are outstanding, all classes are appropriate for any level of yoga experience, and I love having a little gift shop with quality items that support small businesses. Thank you Molly and all of your amazing team!
