I needed full HVAC replacement. They had the units on Tuesday and arrived by 8:30 AM. The two technicians were great! Worked diligently and cleaned up everything. “***** has been to our home for our furnace a couple years ago. He fixed us up quickly with no real down time. Now a couple years later our 31 year old central air conditioner on the hottest days of July went down. Again ***** was out the very next day. He was putting in lots of hours and still was going to do 2 more calls tonight. We talked before with him about putting new furnace and air conditioning in and we sat on our butts now we are going to get it done. ***** was not trying to sell us anything and told us it would probably be fall before he could do it unless an emergency came up and he would take care of us immediately. Approximately eight months after the central air unit was installed, the unit wasn’t blowing any air. “Right before the HOT holiday weekend, our outside AC condenser unit stopped working. Called Inman here in Columbia, IL at 10am. Very kind lady took my info and informed me a field tech will reach out to me asap. Just 15 minutes later I received a call from Craig to confirm info and he informed me he will be at my house no later than 1pm. Got a phone call from Craig again at 12:25 to tell me he's on his way. “I went to the Chatillon-DeMenil House for Bastille Day 2019, as it looked like the best celebration of french culture in Saint Louis. I was quite charmed by the house and especially the tour guide. On Bastille Day, the ticket price was a little higher than typical, at $12, but it included french dancing, storming the Bastille, plus the mock decapitation of Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI. The House Tour was excellent, and interesting, not to mention historical and educational. It was well worth the money mostly due to the humorous delivery and knowledge of the tour guide. The restrooms are nice, and located in the new carriage house; street parking is easy to find and free. I missed the gift shop and world's fair collection but will be sure to catch that next time. Not sure this trip has enough kid-friendly activities to keep kids interested. This is certainly a worthy destination for those looking to deepen their french roots on Bastille Day. As a bonus, the food truck "Holy Crepe" shows up on Bastille Day too.“

“We have 2 separate units for our house, one in the basement and one in the attic. Our upstairs heater ran non-stop over night and we couldn't get it to stop. We had another company come in, say it was fixed and charged us an exorbitant amount of money. Days later is was broken againDwayne and his employee worked for hours into the evening to get us set to a workable point until he could come back the next day with a new part. He explained what the other company had done; I showed him our invoice only to find out that the other company charger us $99.00 for a $4.00 part.Needless to say, DOW is the absolute BEST Heating and Air Conditioning service!
