We have 2 separate units for our house, one in the basement and one in the attic. Our upstairs heater ran non-stop over night and we couldn't get it to stop. We had another company come in, say it was fixed and charged us an exorbitant amount of money. Days later is was broken againDwayne and his employee worked for hours into the evening to get us set to a workable point until he could come back the next day with a new part. He explained what the other company had done; I showed him our invoice only to find out that the other company charger us $99.00 for a $4.00 part.Needless to say, DOW is the absolute BEST Heating and Air Conditioning service! Highly recommend DOW Heating and Air Conditioning!! Duane was very nice and answered all of my questions when I called to schedule my appointment. He even had a technician at my house within two hours of me calling, which was very impressive since everyone is extremely busy these days! The young gentleman that came to our house was very nice as well, and he fixed our heater in no time! Very thankful for the both of them! My kids are now happy and warm! DOW Heating and Air Conditioning has a life long customer in me!

I have used DOW multiple times over the last 5 + years. They always get back to me within the day and make a point to come out as soon as possible.
