Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I got a furnace that been down since 10-2023. I got Master Protection Agreement with sears and can't get the furnace replaced. I had an appointment on 1-20-2024 the technician didn't show up. The appointment was supposed to be 7-11am in the morning. Every couple of hours the time kept changing ending up being a no show. You have to sit home all day and no one shows up. I don't know if Sears knows or cares it's the winter time and it is freezing. This doesn't make any sense I have been calling since October 2023 about this issue. Absolutely worthless. A/C went out. Waited two weeks for them to come. I sat at home all day through there “7 am to 5:21 pm” window and then they canceled on me and rebooked it for 2 weeks later. Completely useless. Just don’t waste your time. There’s no one to call there’s no phone number. Just keep it local.Service: HVAC system repair

The first guy just assumed it was the brain unit, the second guy said the first guy was fired due to incompetence and still didnt fix my dishwasher. They refused to come out a third time and I didn't want them anyway!
