“Woke up at 5:30 to get ready for work to a 78° home. Forecast was for 100°. Called them at bout 9 and the young lady said she would make some calls to her techs and lmk. She called me back and said that they could be there in the afternoon. I could have called someone else to see if they could be earlier, but I knew better than to bother. I know Kyle would take care of me better than anyone else. He showed up with Tanner. They had the problem diagnosed within minutes, went to their facility in town to get the capacitor, and had me buttoned up within the hour.
