Great experience during a stressful time. My AC stopped working and I was dreading the expense. Craig came right out and replaced the capacitor and I was back up and running. The price was way lower than expected. I will use them again if anything should go
Right as I was getting ready to go out of town for 4 days, my outside exhaust pipe for my furnace froze over and my heat went off. I was worried that it might do it again while I was out of town as the temps were going to be below 0. I didn't have anyone that could stay at my house so I called Craig at Inman to see if he could check it each day. While it was a strange request, he said yes without any hesitation. He checked on my house each day and made sure the heat stayed on while I was away. And, he didn't charge me. I can't thank him enough.
