Our repairman Josh,knew exactly what he had to do so quick, I was amazed. Josh told us that he would take care of the repairs and not to worry. He explained that he couldn't go any further on the toilet.until he check with toilet. Ins. to make sure it's covered. JOSH Is a good serviceman that really shows he's trying to help the customer out as much as he can. He's a fast worker that gets things fixed and done the right way. Let me say that Action Mechanical Services is not only a local small business but they have prompt/professional service technicians. Nick R. arrived on time and was SUPER knowledgable about all things HVAC. He got me back running in tip top shape in no time. They also installed a water heater about 6 years back and I had great service then too. Highly recommended. Price is phenomenal and communication through the service call is worth that and some. Need plumbing, heating or cooling service CALL EM!!
