“Right before the HOT holiday weekend, our outside AC condenser unit stopped working. Called Inman here in Columbia, IL at 10am. Very kind lady took my info and informed me a field tech will reach out to me asap. Just 15 minutes later I received a call from Craig to confirm info and he informed me he will be at my house no later than 1pm. Got a phone call from Craig again at 12:25 to tell me he's on his way. By 1pm he had diagnosed root cause and repaired unit. Wife and I were "wowed" by Inman's professionalism including a fare price for parts & labor. Thanks, Craig! Barb went way above and beyond to locate an alternative supplier for part needed for my furnace repair. Without her effort, it would have lagged 4 - 6 winter weeks to arrive due to current supply chain challenges. She didn't give up looking after two days and finally located one - then called and prompted the supplier to physically verify their inventory, so that my house could get its heat restored quickly. “We have 2 separate units for our house, one in the basement and one in the attic. Our upstairs heater ran non-stop over night and we couldn't get it to stop. We had another company come in, say it was fixed and charged us an exorbitant amount of money. Days later is was broken againDwayne and his employee worked for hours into the evening to get us set to a workable point until he could come back the next day with a new part. He explained what the other company had done; I showed him our invoice only to find out that the other company charger us $99.00 for a $4.00 part.Needless to say, DOW is the absolute BEST Heating and Air Conditioning service! “Brad did a wonder job on my AC unit. Called Haberberger to come out to my home to conduct an investigation to the reason my AC unit wasn't cooling. A guy by the name of Brad came out who concluded the pipes located in the closet of my home had holes in it that leaked freon from it. He torched the pipes that ultimately sealed the holes then he covered the pipes with insulation. He used a machine to vacuum the air out of the pipes and any other matter. My AC unit outside my home was water hosed down to clean the coils. Brad was efficient, informative , professional, and did a thorough job. Thank you for detecting the root issue of my AC problem. My family and I won't have the issue of freon fumes floating throughout our home anymore nor will we be hot inside our home on a sunny scorching day. Feeling extremely blessed!“
“We were experiencing a humming sound coming from our bedroom cold air return. Inman Air tech arrived, and I explained the issue. He turned up the thermostat and proceeded to examine our furnace, Could not locate the sound at the source, so proceeded to the bedroom, where the sound was very noticeable. After examining the cold air return grill, it was discovered that one of the grill pieces was loose, and would move when the furnace was on, causing a vibration that caused the humming sound. He fixed the issue, and now everything is nice and quiet. Bravo!!“

“My AC went out on a Thursday, early evening. I left a message, received a call-back to let me know someone would be here the next day between 11-2. Technician arrived before 11:30. I needed full HVAC replacement. They had the units on Tuesday and arrived by 8:30 AM. The two technicians were great! Worked diligently and cleaned up everything. Made sure the units were working properly before they left. Job was complete by 3:00 that afternoon. I would HIGHLY recommend Reinhold Heating & Cooling!“
