“I've been going to this studio for about 5/6 years now and I absolutely love it! Ive noticed such a difference in my body and definitely notice a difference if I miss a week or 2! All of the instructors are great as well. I love that the class sizes are on the smaller side so that the teachers can correct your form or alter a move, if necessary. Overall, great place!”

The instructors are top notch and work with every individual in their class to oversee that they are doing the exercises correctly to help prevent injury. Which I really think is awesome.
