This reformer studio is like no other! The instructors are patient and confirm my form is correct. With the slightest adjustments to my legs in tabletop and legs in straps, I felt muscles I never new I had!!!! I feel that I am stronger as well as more toned in my legs, arms and core and no longer have back pain. The most surprising change is that others comment that I have great posture. Club Pilates is my happy place!!!

From the front end ladies always greeting us with smiles and instructors being so kind and helpful during class. Such an amazing place to work out at!
