Such an inviting space and a beautiful teacher. Creation Yoga is a fantastic place to practice Kundalini Yoga, meet friends, and grow wherever you are, however you need. The occasional jam sessions are fun too!
Creation Yoga has contributed immensely to my growth and practice, the classes are nothing short of amazing. Michelle brings a unique approach to teaching, I never expected to feel this wonderful in class or to experience first hand what it means to take my yoga practice well beyond my mat.
Puranpreet Kaur/Michelle is the most amazing yoga instructor I ever encountered. I love and look forward to her classes. When I am in the class I am thinking how much I enjoy her words or wisdom and being there. When I am at class I very often hear other class attendees say complimentary comments to her. She explains the teachings so well and I am so appreciative this kind of yoga is available with such a fantastic teacher.
